They finally contacted me in the evening on 8/16. It wasn't in response to this post though. They sent a generic advertisement for their gladiator service (lol).
They refuse to book a time other than 10 am EST during the week. Good luck if you have a job.
I've requested a refund at this point. I'll edit this post again once I get a response regarding that.

Here comes my little summary of what I've ordered and how satisfied I am with the whole thing:

- I ordered 2400 rating in 3s and got in contact with the seller from the moment that I payed the money.
-Took 3 days to get boosted to some reasonable rating (in my case was 1500 - 20 matches ).
-Took a week after that for first actual boost simply due to lots of people booking already ( least that's what they said to me ) and got boosted to 2100.
-Took another week after that to book the last session of boosting with them and got boosted to 2400 (as promised).

Overall I was 100% satisfied with the service ( even though it took a bit too long ) and with the communication and everything but there are some things that you might want to consider when you order these services (that I wasn't aware of)

- First and foremost was that I thought we gonna win some games , lose some games and again win some more to make it look more real but it was almost 100% win rate for my case and I played only 54 games total with 100% win rate. That though could be a little bit troublesome not maybe for Blizzard side but for you as someone who buys the boost itself especially by going out in the real world and try to pvp or something like that because everyone's goin to inspect you and say "OOh! where did you buy that boost" or "Paying money to get boosted blabla" .. It's not like that I care but can be annoying with lots of whispers etc etc.

I asked the guys on LegionFarm to fix this for me by losing some games and winning back some games again and perhaps I could pay a bit more to even get my 100 wins mount but still no answer after 2-3 days. Will keep you guys posted in case I've got an answer.
