Tower was only up from another 55mins after I put in my request. With the time constraint, they started within 1mins after payment.

1st attempt: failed 5th stage (Guess my priest was a little under geared, my ilvl was about 895 after they swap out some gears in my bags)
2nd attempt: failed 6th stage
3rd attempt: PASSED!

Whoever I was on skype with apologized to me and suggested to refund me my money back after they failed the 2nd attempt because the Mage Tower was only up for another 6mins. I suggested they can keep the money and just leave the credit on my account for the next the Mage Tower is up again. But with under 2mins left, they tried the challegne again to see if they can finish the challenge or they will get booted out after time expired. Honestly, I think they take pride in getting the job done right and not like other services that are only after you money or try to compromise your account.

Highly recommended! Awesome service and the price is right! Diffinitely will use them again and refer them to others.
