Very unprofessional. I asked if they had a spot for me (HFC Heroic 13/13 loot run) and they said they have one for me the same day. I accepted and paid. At invite time: nothing happens. I contact them via skype and then I just receive some blabla problems with raid and he tried finding spot. I am used to hear excuses like that from several other boosting services too. Avoid them and stay with a boosting service you know which works, even if it costs more. Lost a lot of time but got refund at least.
