Purchased a Boost - Customer support said will be starting in 12 hours from my purcahse....12 hours later nothing.....Next day i ask wtf. They made excuse so i said whatever. do it again. they said "it'll start 12 hours later" So here i am 13 hours later....and Nothing has started.....ALSO Their support is not ONLINE when i am supposed to receive my Boost - So i cannot contact them until next day...then they will repeat "12 hours later we'll do it"

then someone tried logging in and out which caused Battle.net Authorization which locked the account unless i give them the code -

WHICH I CANT TELL THEM THE CODE BECAUSE I HAVE NO CONTACT WITH ANYONE

We are not 24 hours online. Once we set up the time we make sure that account of our client is prepared for our driver (e.g. unlocked).

Yes, we were not able to complete the boost on time the first time, because we had driver issues, and we were unable to log in.

The second time (at the appointed time) when a driver logged in he got DCed because you've changed your password. So, we could not complete that.

Anyways, when were unable to log in for the first time we agreed for the compensation from our side as some Mythic+ dungeons extra.

I'm sorry you had this bad experience with us. Refund will be sent today and the money will appear at your balance within 1-3 days.

I understand that they have to do this to keep the prices down, but its a shame since a lot of honor is lost by doing so.
