Account recieved a 14 day ban today due the how skythex transfer's the character to your account.Mount seems to still be on the account but was never made aware by sky that he commits fraud when transfering the character to your account which has landed me with this ban.

Same here, received a 14 day ban which still awaits to be seen if they remove the mounts purchased. Guess I'll find out after two weeks!

Slightly disappointed to say the least, paying a-lot of money for a ban on the account history. Which wasn't given notice within any terms or conditions of the service! Not cool

The mounts have been removed after the 14 day ban! I ordered three in total, very disappointed!!

I think most of you were well aware that this could lead to a possible ban... I mean, you're buying mounts so, yes, you realize you could've been banned before you purchased. ^^

Very aware,But as mentioned the ban was not for the mount but the method use to transfer the character to your account which is why many customers are being banned.

After a thorough investigation, we found that the account above received an item from accounts heavily involved in payment fraud.

ok, today i finally was unbanned. Mount is gone. Wasted 99 euro on this service. Just glad i was not permabanned for this.

Also got a 14 day ban. Seems we all got banned at the same time since my ban also ended today and the mounts disappeared!

Sky said that they are offering getting the mounts back and this is due to a customer who tried to talk with a GM regarding something. Unsure if I feel safe doing it all over again. Will wait a bit :P

Because there is no reason that I should be banned. The bans were a single incident and I also farm the lost mounts again at no cost.
