Sent this guy a message quite late last night, he told me he would do it today for me.
Without asking him again he told me when he was available so I sent him money through paypal.
Paypal had some problems, but after it cleared and the problems of a quadruple(!) payment where solved he finished the quest within 20 minutes for me!
