I will say this here and now, probably one of the best services Ive had in quite some time, I got all the items I wanted and more, also the people who were boosting my character over skype very extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. Was very pleased of their service. A bit slower than expected, but it's holidays, so it's understandable. But would definitely buy again. Next thing, 13/13 mythic run.

Ordered a HFC HC 13/13 masterloot run. At first, nobody contacted me so i added them on Skype to speed things up a bit.
The guy i talked to was very unfriendly, i had the feeling that he didn't want to help me.
I couldn't unlock my account because Blizzard had some server issues at that time, so he spammed me with links how to unlock my account. I told him that it's not working, and he went on spamming me with links. Because it wasn't working and i told him, he became more and more unfriendly.
30 minutes later, everything was working as intended. The boost was quite fast (3 1/2 hours) and the guy told me that it has been finished.

After i logged in I saw that they used all of my bonus rolls (4) to acquire the items. It was exactly 10 items in different slots which is their guarantee. Nobody said that they would use my bonus rolls to get those items. What would have happened if i had no bonus rolls left? A full bonus run...

I talked to the guy on skype to sort this out, because I think thats not the kind of service i payed for. He wasn't ready to argue with me and blocked me/didn't answer me.

All in all i can't recommend this service. Other services are cheaper/more reliable/won't use your bonus rolls to acquire the items they guarantee. And have awesome guys that want to help you.
