I've used Koroboost on 3 separate occasions.

First: Good Suramaritan - Extremely smooth and quick considering I had done only 1 of the 11 parts and was barely honored. No issues.
Second: Nighthold Normal - Emphasis on Tier. I received 3 tier pieces, which were pretty much all 880/890. I also got a trinket among other pieces. Really smooth.

Bought NH heroic with BiS list, run took a couple weeks due to bad luck on drops but the runs were always on time, the communication from Koroboost was incredibly friendly and they always responded in a timely manner. They even "fired" a guild for scamming one of their customers which I would say is a sign of great customer service, I would gladly buy from them and would recommend them to others!
