I ordered of Felsteel Annihilator mount from 2 weeks ago- US Servers Alliance, and I am still waiting because of an unexpected delay for Alliance raid due to connection issue last weekend. Therefore, I will need to switch to Horde to get the mount by this weekend or I have to wait for another week to get it. I am going to change to Horde, and hopefully everything will be OK on Sunday which is the raid day.


Since now, they did fairly good job and responded to me fast and gave helpful information, and I will keep update how's it going by end of this week.

Just paid for full pathfinder and the service was brilliant, they let me play whenever I wanted to and would let me know when they wanted to go online! Only took around 14 days as I had no progression started but it was done very quickly considering that and I was allowed to keep all gold and items acquired during the boost. Purchased M HFC 9/13 on 4/10. Still waiting on my run, and will hold out on giving a full review until then (hopefully).

This is an update on my order. I requested a cancellation of M HFC 9/13 and ordered M HFC 13/13 + Mount. That process was fast and simple; I just explained the situation to them via Skype. The new order took place today and was account share. Got tons of great loot and of course the mount! Great service and would recommend to anyone.

A few days ago I bought a challenger gold 8/8 boost.
Great success. Took maybe 2-3 hours in total?
The guy on Skype seemed a bit irritated and lacked patience to explain things to me, even though in the end it ended up just being us misunderstanding each other as the current representative of Koroboost was not very good at English.
It had me a bit annoyed as well, but in the end I got what I paid for so, all good there. He also gave me a stream link so I could watch the progress, which was a nice addition to the service.
Although towards the end the stream broke off due to an error, though I won't blame them for that. Shit happens.

Today I bought a M HFC mount. The service was good, I was given a stream that had some issues as it was a russian site that did not allow clients from eu-west access. I bypassed that in time for the last boss, however, and it all went well from there.
They went through the bosses steadily and quickly, then at the last boss I saw my own character pop up. The only negative feedback would be that the stream showed off names of characters, so if someone knew that stream account to be a booster.. well confidentiality risk I guess? Minor thing though, really.
I doubt with all the boosting going on someone would care to check it out like that.
What surprised me was that including the mount, when I logged on, I also found myself with a mythic version of the archimonde weapon I was using the heroic version of. Really a neat surprise!

Summary:
Language barrier can pose a problem. This may also make them seem a bit unprofessional at times.
Streaming isn't totally reliable.
You get what you pay for.
You will get your answers if you are patient with the representative. (See point 1)
Got free loot (I guess due to no one else needing it so they just gave it to me as a bonus, or maybe they extra rolled on my behalf with one of my seals and I got lucky? I forgot to check how many seals I had up front.)
I guess I would give the service a 6/10?
Would recommend as long as you have the patience. (Although as a customer service person IRL I suppose I am used to language barriers.)

Edit: Scratch that, their customer support comes across as unprofessional which doesn't cure my hesitancy. I will not be using their service, their low prices seem to come at the expense of professional handling when it comes to customer contact.
