This is a Trading Card Game item, obtained by the El Pollo Grande card in the expansion "Fields of Honor." To get your item, first you will need to go to WoW's Promotion Pagehttp://www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/en/promotion.html and enter in the 25-digit code on your card. This will then give you an in-game code that can be redeemed by Landro Longshot in Booty Bay.
I am selling for a decent price about 90$ atm but we can negociate.
