I ordered 20k US to try out your service and you caught me at a bad time just at raid's first pull. I got a text telling me to notify you when I'm online to receive it. Now all I get is "Request Failed" when I message back.

You won't accept or respond on Skype.

You aren't replying to emails I've sent to your website and to your address personally.

So this is now my fourth attempt to contact you to receive gold that I purchased.

I selfishly didn't really take into considertaion that this team is in fact Human, and my gold was available this morning upon request. once requested I had it in 9 minutes. Will buy from again!

I originally bought gold, but it took some time for me to get the gold, every time i ordered they went out of stock or ran into other problems. They always offered to refund the payment or have me wait until they had more. I chose to have it refunded and chose to pay when they had more in stock. bought an item, was told take up to 12 hours. waiting until the next day. was told it was ready, than account was banned so they coluldn't deliever. So I said Ill wait since I've used them before for wow gold and diablo gold and it was always great service.

Waiting 12 hours again told it was ready, but than account was banned and they couldn't deliver. not too happy with the item buying. gold buying its great though....
