How does this work ?

Guild has characters of both Horde and Alliance on it. The Horde ones can invite Horde characters, the Alliance ones can invite Alliance characters. You can talk cross faction, the guild bank is shared (meaning it's a fast way to transfer gold/items cross-faction).

How you get it involves exploiting the factionless Pandaren glitch.
