few weeks ago, there was a halt in RAF because blizzard was removing all RAF almost instantly. but then some suppliers started offering 100% RAF again but this was only in EU.

a few of these suppliers said that this wasn't available in the US just yet.

there was a grace period for few months where blizzard would remove the FIRST raf and only the first. but recently, they have been removing first, second, third RAF almost within a day or two. i'm asking if this is still going on or we are back on the grace period.

its safe sometims doesnt mean its safe forever, raf is never or ever stable to promise people.our raf doesnt mean its 100% unsafe as well,not everyone got removed, simply we are tired and will warn it the high risk of getting removed clearly.
