Bought 4 premium accounts witch was nothing worth mentoning, got 1 level 70 rest was level 53 and below... Bad luck I guess..
Bought another 4 rare accounts, got a total of two 70's here one a priest with Benediction, justicar title, commander title, and 25k HKs. The other was a hunter but nothing worth mentoning.

Hello, thanks for your question.

The purpose with unmerged account is to "boost" your main account or main battle.net account. By merging an unmerged acount into your battle.net, it will share all account wide achievements, feats of strength, mounts, pets and hks to all your character in same battle.net. You can also transfer characters from the unmerged account to your main account. Because of this, most people don't care if unmerged gets banned, since they are not for playing, but to get old things to your main account.

The reason why they get banned is because Blizzard can see that you're not the original owner, because of the old account owner name and the new battle.net account owner name. The ban usually takes between 3-7 days to happen, so should be enough time to get any worthwhile stuff onto your main account.
Even though Blizzard knows its not your account own account, this is for some reason not a banable offense (This info i got from talking with a GM when i asked if they could remove my banned accounts that i had merged)
