So I got perma'd a little over a year and a half ago on SWTOR, and after quickly browsing the internet on how to overturn a perma ban I found Sephirofl's service. I immediately purchased the premium lifetime service and he sent me a few letters over the course of 3 months to appeal my account ban to the game's ToS department, and at the same time I kept phoning their low-tier CS department as well.

I'm happy to come back here and say that I got unbanned yesterday morning, after getting in contact with Sephirofl again after a year of not using this service. Long story short—last year my crappy laptop broke down and I wasn't able to consistently work on my case without my own device, and I lost access to my email that I was using for this service. I ended up fixing my tablet that I've had with me for a while now, restored access to my email, got in contact with Seph again, and by sending a new email that he had me forward, then following up with SWTOR's phone support I finally managed to get this escalated by someone. It took a few calls over the course of the week, but the hassle was definitely worth it.

I would have to say that Seph's service is definitely responsible for the overturn of my ban. I am very pleased. It took 1.5 years, but better late than never right!? I was forced to take a break from using this service and thusly unable to appeal my perma ban, but sometimes it's best to let these things cool down for X amount of months or even years. If you let it cool down you might have a slightly stronger case and you might be given another chance, especially since it's been so long that you were penalized.

Additionally, do NOT give up. If you pester a game's CS on every front you can you might eventually find someone who will escalate your issue and appeal it for you on your behalf, and combined with Seph's emails, might get your ban overturned.

On a final note, I rate Seph's service 5/5 stars. Thank you so much man! For a while I thought I would've had to buy a new account, but thank goodness I persevered and you were patient and professional with me and very swift with your responses. I never had to wait more than 12 hours from a response from you. Thanks again!
