Bought Premium Lifetime 2 days ago. My account was permanently banned for botting, already had a 72hour suspension for botting too. After two letters it got reduced to a 72hour suspension. Thanks a shit ton!

Bought Premium lifetime today, an account that was banned along time ago. Will update and tell people how it goes!
Had around 4 tickets open and they've closed them, on the 4th they requested the following details of my account

- Your Battle.net Secret Question and Answer.
- Name: The full name that the account was created with.
- Address: The address information given when the account was created.
- A scan or digital image of nationally recognised photo ID, such as passport or drivers license
- The last 4 numbers of the credit card you are using on this account or a picture of the game card used

so far Seph and I have sent in 4 different letters now they are just automatically cancelling them. they aren't even reading the 4th letter and with the other 3 answers it was just the same copy and paste message that lets me know that blizzard isn't even looking in to some issues for customers

sent seph an email a few days ago leting him know about the email (i bought the service long time ago and been using it and i took a break untill now), he came online to skype and didnt respond, not sure what he is doing but hopefully he will be here, dont panic guys he is the best at these things and its worth the wait
