Would you be able to get me a apperance change? The thing is, THEIR system works horrible, because when i bought faction change, i made my char look perfect, and had alot of gear on when i finally got in game. so now (4 months later) I get some t-mog that shows skin, and see i am pale as ****. i write to them and they tell me they cant do anything since they only do shuch things within 72 hours of the purchase.
