Currently working with Sephirofl, he's been pretty nice and responsive so far on skype. I got hit by the PQR ban wave so I don't really expect to get unbanned but hopefully I do.

1st Letter - Blizz responded no, closed ticket.
2nd Letter - Blizz responded no, closed ticket.
3rd Letter - Blizz responded no and said they will not read future letters, closed ticket.
4th Letter - EDIT: Sent the letter as I just received it.

4th Letter - Blizzard automatically closed the ticket
5th Letter - Blizzard automatically closed the ticket
6th Letter - Still sent and waiting (I resent the same letter)

They are canceling my tickets as well. I would check and see if they didn't cancel your ticket Halorah. They do it without any notification to you.

I opened 4 more letters and they closed all of them within 1~4 hours. I just keep re-opening them. I assume eventually they'll just get sick of me and say something.

mine got closed too, I'm just thinking about calling them up. I have no idea what I'm going to say but it might be better to talk to someone over sending in a ticket and waiting for them to reply...IF they even reply

Hi this services is working good is a HIGH RECOMMENDED to the players who always getting ban in game like me. I play shaiya US 3 years from now. in my past 3 weeks I always getting ban in game because im not following the rules and TOS of games or maybe lets say im not aware in game rules. one day i got permanent ban I make a lot of appeal but the support in game says sorry we cant help you. you violate the rule and TOS of game. im so depressed and fell bad cuz I took a long time and spend a lot of money to have my uber toon.
