Gotta admit - i was rather disappointed with what I received for my RL money...so much so I was close to trying a paypal reversal :-z as I didn't get what I paid for.

The crux was to get an VPN and copy/paste a letter testifying your innocence. Something I'm sure 90% of people had done already. Nothing personal about the letter, not written in a way that gave me any confidence and was proved right when it didn't work on my banned accounts.

I have 2 accounts(both active since 2006) that got banned in the duping wave 6 months ago, i tried another unban service(xgamer) and he was USELESS, copy and pasted letters(1 even had someone else's name on it). I have recieved the "This matter has already been reviewed. The account will not be overturned and will remained banned" email and was wondering what's the chances on getting them overturned.

To be honest, when you send out 1-2 letters on your own, it isn't much of an issue, but when you start sending a bunch of letters, it makes it quite difficult for me to work on recovering an account. If you wanted to discuss this more, maybe I could give you some free advice, but add me on Skype.

You knew this was a low chance at recovery, which you had been warned about, and you even admitted to via email. I don't know what exactly you are trying to say I didn't do what you wished. If you had an issue with the writing, you could easily contact me, and ask me to reformat the letter for you. I always work to customer satisfaction, but instead of mentioning that to me, you ran off to the forums to make a post, saying how my service is failing you, when you already mentioned in email you knew it was extremely low chances.

Also, what do you mean by "it didn't work on my banned accounts." Did you try using this service on multiple accounts, or did you just have improper wording when you typed?

Sadly didn't work for me. Felt if was well written and worth a shot though, also was honestly surprised it DIDN'T work. Give him props for that. Also was a temp ban, not a perm. Was in a rush to get it dropped though, due to having a Heroic Garrosh raid the day of. Got the life time subscription anyways for the future because like I said, it was well written, and I feel it'd work.
