Paid for the Premium service
Background: Banned for a naming violation but that was the straw that broke the camels back. When I appealed on my own I had a reply saying it was the cumulative effect of multiple bans in the past related to trolling.
Received clear instructions and a letter within a few hours of making the first payment. Quick response to any questions I had RE removing authenticators before making an appeal
Sadly first letter got cancelled straight away
Awaiting to see what will happen next but the service to far has been professional.
