How long do it take for u guys to get a answer from blizzard?

I have had people get response / unbanned in as little as two hours, but I have had people take two days to get a response as well.

HI, my main account was banned back in 2012 for "Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs (""Hacks"")" I recently attempted to appeal it but they said since it was on my home ip address they can't do anything about it and that it was the final decision. I have an account whose original name isn't the same as mine is, and it got banned about a year and a half ago for exploiting the economy (I used an exploit here that allowed me to craft many restricted items/day).

Do you believe that you'd be able to unban this account? I sent one appeal just a few days after I got banned.

My WoW account got banned during the whole Pirox Archaeology Ban wave. I was never banned or warned before this but i tried to appeal the bane once. This was a short time after the Ban wave. I wanted to ask you if you had any success with similar account or if this is a lost hope case?

Attempt #2 - Ignored.
Attempt #3 - still banned

I got banned in like 2010 and it was my first time using bot (glider). Only botted for 3 levels, and the next day I got banned. Now Blizzard is ignoring my ticket (canceled). Is there even a chance for me if they keep ignoring my ticket </3
