Hello there.

My account got permanently banned few days ago. I don't know the exact reason for the ban.
I guess its because of one of these:
1- I bought gold ~3 months ago [and bragged about it in the guild chat, which was a stupid thing to do]
2- I bought TCG loot card code two days before I got banned [bought it from WoW TCG Loot for real money, which i thought was a safe site]
3- I bought TCG ingame loot [battle pets] from the auction house worth of 15k.. they maybe traced the gold and knew it as bought or maybe the loot itself was bought from a scammer

I have appealed twice now, and although this is my first ban ever, blizzard still refuse to unban my account.

Dont worry man, Seph was on vacation, I think ur problem will be fixed soon. Also waiting for new ticket myself.
