As he said earlier; He has a job and a life so this is not (unlike some people) his main priority. If you had a side business like this and only a few hours a day to spend doing it, and you have 50+ costumers in the same day, how'd you think you'd do?

I wanna try the premium service but i am a little sceptic about Blizzard. They clearly stated they wont have mercy this time and keep the banns up for 6 months.

Considering I sent him the Blizzard's reply hours before he made this post... yea... I know he has a job and etc. Not really pushing it but maybe faster letter replies might increase my chance of getting unban? Since so many contacted him, most likely the same trick is being used over and over again.
