Well this one is wierd, my payment got held, then i Pmed him, and got another payment I still have the money, but this seemed fishy to me.
Probably an honest mistake

sent 19 payments from one of our paypal accounts, seems the last 4 payments underreview for somereason, i contact paypal, they just told us to send photo id and address biling info,but dont worry guys, we dont use that paypal accounts anymore before all fixed

my money is being held too, but the only way to resolve to paypal is to prove i shipped him something through a registered mail service... Since i can't do that the only option is to refund his money. He is also not responding on msn, im guessing its a scam.

There are posts on other forums for this guy, all payments being held. I found many more people claiming to have their money held then the 4 he stated a few posts ago.

Please do not trade with this person.

Payment Hold, got one canceled also. Waitting with him for some news about paypal... Still giving him few hours.. after that ill start to say it's a scam :S

it's most likely caused by that new Paypal/Blizzard agreement regarding paypal payments for WOW gold. I'm not sure what triggers it but it probably has to do with parsing keywords like WOW gold, Warcraft gold or any of the WOW servers' names in the payment order.

LOL. I know im new here, but I was scammed by this guy, and would liek to point out that you registered for this site today, and your first post is defending him. I smell the scammer reposting on a new account.

Realize that PayPal is holding it, it could be a lie, but regardless, dont call him a scammer UNTIL two-four BUSINESS days have passed and he hasnt resolved it. PayPal doesnt care about people like us on weekends apparently.

This is likely just a security measure Paypal takes when someone "unverified" sends a significant number of payments on the same day. I'd give it a few business days before calling this guy a scammer.

It took whole the morning to explain to anyone got problem on paypal payment,
our cashier sent 19 payments from one of our 4 paypal accounts, there was something wrong with the paypal account now, 19 payments held by paypal
Then i called them and was told to upload my photo id/ billing address info, i did that in 5mins after phone, now hope it can be fixed in 2 business days
