I traded gold for a MoP EU key yesterday (at about midnight, pacific time) via Live Chat with Kelly.

Now the transaction (face to face) went smooth and the key worked, however they banned my account permanently a couple of hours later for abusing the economy. I've done nothing else on the account, no botting or any other gold trading. Kelly told me that the face to face transaction was perfectly safe even though I had my doubts and wanted to trade via guild bank.

Now today I was told by Livia on the Live Chat that I should wait until tomorrow, no reason or specific time was given. I would appreciate if we could solve the issue and if you would compensate me for the gold, maybe for cash via PayPal or something like that..
