EDIT: So I ordered Plat, before purchasing mentioned the server, faction and how much I was going to buy. I was told to just purchase on their website, so I did. Then I got an email saying it can take a few minutes to get the invite to get the gold. I logged on and waited an hour before asking how long it would be. 3-6 hours was the answer... So I waited 6 hours to be told there was no supply, that it would be delivered as soon as possible. It's been almost 12 hours now and still no plat.

I mean, it's not a HUGE deal to have to wait for something, but knowing before buying would have been nice, since I specified how much I was buying and for what server/faction. What irks me is the fact that a time estimate was given and hasn't been respected. When asked what could be done about it, I was offered a refund. As much as I appreciate the offer, that would mean I wasted my time and could have bought from somewhere else. A compensation of any kind would have been nice, like many other sellers do.

Maybe I'm being harsh on the seller, but as someone who does business as well, when I give an estimate to a customer and don't come remotely close to what was estimated, I try to make up for it. This just feels like being told, take your money and go shop somewhere else. I most likely won't buy from this seller again if nothing is done about it.
