Rogue : Weapon smith almost 300 , Miner :250, Has rune carved bow , and purple gears ,90% 4 rank ( pvp)
Mage :Most quests are still available, havent done much . He doesnt have any professions ! , Full t2 ( all purples) and almost t3 ( raid gears , feet, gloves ), GSB 2/5 unlocks , Very good reputaion as chloromancer.
Both , mage and rogue have few puzzle unlocks ( like3-4) And almost full influence ( reputaion) in ALL zones . 80% rank 3 ( pvp)

You are going to have an account worked out in 2 months , it should be between mid-top ranks
Thus, I think offers like 50-60 euros are TOO few .

ADDED: Mage has like 560+ plaques which u can spend however you want with new, upcoming pathes, so you will probably be able to buy some better stuff...
Anyway as I said Mage is t2/t3 geared
Rogue has like 90% purple gears, all souls unlocked and it has rune carved bow ( TOP T2)
