You may not log on the account during Solo Boost while in progress unless you provide us with prior notice.
You may not play any ranked games during the paused period
If you are going to be pausing the boost, inform us at least 3 hours before before the desired pause time.
Down-payment is mandatory before the boost's start.

Refund Policy:

We can provide full refund if you want to cancel your order and it was not started yet or if we're unable to complete the service.
We can provide partial refund if you wish to cancel your order during the boost.
