3rd time buyer... Decided to buy annual this time

Received almost in 2 hours of purchase. Didn't see it tell about 10 hours after i woke up. Diffidently good choice and happy with purchase. Just got to fine tune how i like it.

I just bought it for 1 year (super price !)
I had a bad experience following a wave of ban just 5 days after my purchase on my two accounts in the past; but it seems to correspond to a ban wave that affected everyone at the time. In addition I was going to see a competitor for much more expensive and following a wave of ban the customer support had simply stopped its services after cashing people (sometimes subscriptions for life that lasted a few days!).
The fact that you still exist gives me confidence and proves your seriousness a minimum.

Must say before I ordered, I was sceptical of the product due to conflicting reviews. However I went through and purchased the annual license.

Roughly 26 hours after confirming payment for the order, I emailed Sharpeye support after hearing nothing from them. Support were incredibly helpful, getting back to me almost immediately and got in touch with the delivery team which sent me the binary file within a matter of minutes. Big thanks to support there, I was anxious to say the least.

Followed the included instructions for setting up the bot, after reading the 'SettingsGuide' I started testing it. It works fantastic! Very pleased with the purchase so far. However I must say the no-hp mode is the only let down, being that it still requires a name to be visible to trigger. Other than that, so far so good!

That blows, yeah the response time is definitely not very good.. seeing how sharp eye was active here 4 hours ago supposedly...
