I once bought an account by some member here for same price.
Once i paid, he provided me email/pass etc, i managed to change password and mail, just to be safe. The account worked fine, lvl 1 zero achievements etc.
What a surprise when i found out i couldn't access my account 3 days later, because the old owner charged back from paypal the payment for the account.

Result: I ended up being scammed.
