(2) You are the original owner,
(3) Account must come with original email (If you don't have account creation email from Cryptic anymore, we will need to do a more thorough check to

(4) Must not be previously banned/suspended,
(5) You must have a verified Paypal Account
(6) You must be able to provide a government issued ID that matches your verified Paypal Account

If you are missing these requirements, we probably wont be interested in your account.
