Since 02/04/2019, banrate for our smurfs has been 0.5 - 1% ! These banrates have never been better!
We're always working to get 0% banrate, however that's a really hard task.
Having that said, we are really satisfied with our accounts right now!

Q.Why are you offering a 1 month warranty on the accounts?
A. Accounts are leveled with Bots, therefore there is a chance that they CAN get banned. It is unlikely (<1% banrate ), but in such scenario, we would REFUND by giving your money back ¡no questions asked! or give you a new account ( if that's what you choose.).
Please note that only accounts with a Bancode related to botting/account selling will be covered with the warranty. If you get banned for toxic behaviour / scripting / hacking you will not get refunded.

Also please note that contacting Riot Support might trigger some bans if it's something related to your account, since they might manually check them. Do that at your own risk, but you could lose your account.

Q. Can my MAIN LoL Account get banned if I purchase a Smurf?
A. Absolutely NOT. You main account is safe. I never heard of anyone getting his main banned because of this and it's never been done AFAIK.

Q. Are these accounts UNRANKED or have they played RANKED games other seasons?
A. Yes! These accounts are UNRANKED and have NEVER played a Ranked game.

Q. I purchased your account. How much do I need to wait before receiving it ?
A. Delivery is INSTANT if you purchased at our website. You will receive a order confirmation email that will contain your ACCOUNT and extra information for having your account secure.
If you purchased directly with me via Skype/Discord, it can take 15-60 min, depending on how busy I am at the moment. But if we're talking at the moment of the purchase, it's unlikely that I need more than 5 min to send your acc ! []
