[Hiring] PHP Web Developer for Collaborative Project

Hello there,
I'm looking to hire an experienced php developer for a collaborative web project.
All profits will be split 50/50. We can even negotiate for you to get a bigger cut; I just want to see the idea come to life, and with my busy schedule, I need someone to help me out.
It is a gaming-related endeavor, and will require a fair amount of coding; but it will work out well in the end.
You don't need to be good at Design; I plan on doing most, if not all, of the design myself anyways. I'm just looking for a strictly-good PHP programmer.
