Because there is no UNDETECTED cheat for Genshin Impact. Why? Because there is server check for all your stats, you can't bypass this.

So it's false advertising then?

Either the cheat is fully undetected, or it is detected. If the cheat has 20 features and 90% of them are risky and can be detected, then don't put "fully undetected" in the description and try to sell it like that. It's false information and is misleading.

The cheat itself is fully undetected and so as most of the features.
Features like Infinite Stamina,Inf Ultimate,Instant BowCharge are marked as Risky and yes they could flag your account, that why they are in the risky section.
