Product is decent, but support is a joke. 2 Days into a 1-month purchase, I have some issues. I open a ticket using the ticket bot on the discord server. After 14 hours, I see that the ticket was closed with no response. I gave it a 2nd try. After some hours after opening my second ticket, I notice that the Rev1ve discord is no longer on my list of servers. I try re-joining the discord using the link, but seem to have been banned for having issues? Who does that? Pic attached for proof

Edit: Now I'm banned from Tarkov and didn't use speedhack or ricochet, and never auto-aimed PMCs.

I banned you because you created 2 tickets with absolute no response just leaving the ticket open and empty wasting my time. You should have used words instead than just blanking off. Discord link is now fixed

Perhaps including this information somewhere on the server or as an initial ticket response would be helpful. I was waiting for someone to say something in the ticket threat so that I could start explaining the situation. Why didn't you just say hi instead of closing it twice then banning me?

Just state your problem in ticket. It is common sense. Why should I start the conversation first when you opened the ticket? As stated the ban is fixed. You can rejoin
