Well where do I begin.

I found Karma a little over a month ago on here added him on discord and got 4 labs runs. Everything went smooth so I proceeded to buy 4 hours worth of runs any map (3 weeks ago). I tried reaching out to see when I could get the runs completed. He replied he was busy with IRL stuff and would be the weekend. I reached out and no response. Meanwhile my ticket was "removed" about a week after buying I reached out and he said it auto closed and re opened it. I asked when could we get runs in he said maybe tonight. No follow up. This past Saturday I reached out asking when could we do the runs... No response.. Then on Tuesday I look on my discord and I had been removed from the discord and blocked. I tried to re add him twice to try and find a resolution and no response.... So I came back and created a profile to warn everyone. I just wanted to runs and nothing more and felt like I was being very understanding and not demanding runs. So now I just want my money back or something of similar value in game like Keycards, money etc...

Again the first runs I bought were completely fine and went off without a hitch! But then this shady shit happened!
