I've used him several times before, just ordered a prestige raid boost last night, it was done within 3 hours of starting. Maybe 6 hours total for the boosters to wake up since I ordered late at night for me so early morning for them. I've never had a problem with these guys before, and they have great communication throughout the whole order.

Current status: Very bad experience. Ended up canceling the boost. Whole boost was only half way done after 40 hours.

Current status: Took ~5 hours for them to start because of issues with boosters. Now in progress finally.

Sry bout the late start, groups were busy and skype guy couldnt find anything faster. I just took shift, we are working right now

and about the order. you ordered 1-20 with rat king and crucible. we hit 20 and unlock crucible, it took more than 1 day coz geting rat king is a bit of work and should have been finished today but u requested to cancel the order and partial refund which i gave. delays happens sometimes on start of season, but if it is such a huge deal for you then take the refund as agreed. not like we tried smth bad on purpose, thought delays are understandable on start coz too much work, cut us some slack here we need to sleep too and you were partially refunded as requested...
