Won't these blueprints get nerfed immediately after you take them out of obelisk and use them down to the current item limits? Or do we have to perma keep them inside obelisk?

Yes you have to keep uploading them to obelisk to keep the stats. I also have other items that are lower craft that stay perm. But are looking for a decent skin
