I have a real life name on ESO that I don’t use anymore, but it’s on the PS4 version and not PC

Sorry for the long reply, been busy. I want to purchase character names on the NA ESO megaserver, on PC. I want female names like "Lily" or "Lucy" without spaces/accents.
