Almost Finished Need Last Bit of Help (All VB Coding in this tool)

Disclaimer im 85% new to VB coding/making tools so anything i say could be 100% wrong or doing it the wrong way but im self taught so cant expect much from that xD

so i've been working on this twitter tool to connect to a bunch of dummy twitters i make using a proxy (if possible to do it that way)
it already has a proxy checker in the tool itself and has a login function as well for friends to log in and use the tool

what i need help on to finish it finally is when i open a proxy txt file and i post the url to the tweet in the box i put in the tool and hit the execute button i made for it to connect each account to a different proxy and like that tweet
same with follow a twitter account that i put a in another box as well and hit execute.

so proxy checker works fully
opening both txt files works fine

Just need help on finishing the functions willing to pay $$$$$$ if we can figure this out
