[Help] Theory/Pseudo to a Quest accept/handin bot.

Hey all,
So in this game I am playing it is quite a chore to open the quest menu, Scroll down until you can find the quest you need to accept. Then click it and press accept.
Then once you have finished the quest you need to hand it in. It's like a repeat quest.

I was wondering what the best way to approach this type of bot would be?

Obviously this is not great...

How would you go about making a bot to accept/handin quests?
