Not to bring any negativity, but you are 14 years old, shouldnt you be sprouting With ideas yourself? also if you actually made a game based on someones ideas, would you pay them for intellectual property if you actually made a game of it?

Well mate, getting an idea is hardest part. Its so easy to program games in Unity/Unreal engine these days.
Having idea is what is most valuable. No idea = no game.
