Question No.1:

I want to try to start a blade and soul server with the chinese files from Open Beta.

What i need to do? i am a web designer and i know html css php and mysql.

what language i need to learn to make this? lua? c++?


Question No.2:

I want to translate the game from Chinese to English and to Greek.
what file i need to edit with notepad ++?

i tried xml.dat but the chinese they are not very correct? i need to change something?
