    Creating my first bot

Every once in a while we decide to learn something new and put a new challenge to ourselves, so I've decided to create a bot.

I used to have a pretty decent background on RE back in the days but got rusty after couple years developing only for mobile. What game do you guys suggest I should start ? Somewhere on OC people mentioned PokeMMO ( PokeMMO - No Bullshit, Just Games ? ), maybe Tibia ?

Any studying material would be appreciated also ! I plan on creating a blog later on with my progress...

    Thank you guys!

For PokeMMO you could do something as simple as a java Robot.class and make it click based on the coords of your window, but for tibia or WoW or anything that isnt a flash or java game your gonna want to learn c# or c++ so you can hook on to the process and read addresses and things like that otherwise the bot will either A: Suck or B: be detected real easy which is ironic that you will get detected for NOT attaching to the game =/ my advice is just go with a simple flash game or a PokeMMO bot or even experiment with making bot scripts for RSBot from powerbot.org thats where I started. P.S they use java for that and their api is really thought out actually

Coding Experience: Java: 8 years, c++: 4 years, python: lolk, c#: might as well be java, AutoIt: 1 year

I used to make some hacks using C# and CE so I have a little clue about how to digg stuff, right now I will find another game that is not java based since I have zero experience with it.
