question with no answer?

well here's my question:

I have one computer and two screens, now I am playing wow on the main screen, and the second screen I have an playstation emulator ON. but the thing is I want to be able to play wow and on the second screen (playstation) wich do not use the mouse or keyboard but the joystick. is it possible to do this at the same time..

aka play on both screen, wow (keyboard/mouse)
playstation (joystick)

maybe something like copy mouse to second screen? so its also on all the time

hope you understood what I mean, because it is quite unusual question
