Paying 1000€ for this Bot! I Need a good programmer for that.

Hi there, first of all my english is bad but i try to explain:

Part 1:
I need a bot wich can create email adresses on its own, best case is an email host with easy captchas. No worries about the captchas they will get done by a service.
Im not sure but on many email hosts there are limits on how many emails you can create per day. If so you should add a fully working proxy list wich the bot can use to go trough it and keep on creating email adresses. (OR YOU HAVE BETTER IDEAS, IT DOESNT MATTER, IT ONLY HAS TO WORK) When hes doing that he puts the email adress into a list (for example email.txt or whatever)

Part 2:
So now 1 Email adresse ist created, the bot navigates to Meet People on Badoo, Make New Friends, Chat, Flirt, registers an account with that email and uploads a photo (wich should be integrated to be able to select, so when i chose one he uses this image over and over for that registrations)
A verifacation mail is then send to the email adresse including the password for the new created account, i need the loginname and the passwort also into an extra list. He logs in now and sends a message to 5 people wich i can chose in a textbox in the bot for example. The list with usernames (IDs) you will get from me. Only 1 message per ID. So ofter 5 messages (5People) he logs out and going again to part 1, creating a new email adresse.

Part 3: This would be a great feature, when your creating an Badoo profile you can go to delete your profile, when the reason is you dont want to spent money on badoo you will get a 3day super powers (like premium) for free. When so you are able to send 10 messages insted of only 5

The goal is the bot should be able to send out continuously messages to people on Meet People on Badoo, Make New Friends, Chat, Flirt again: you will get the list with the users and each user should get 1 message in that list. So when the first 5 people are done, he can delete them from the list.
I dont know whether this is the best way how i explained it, if you know better and easier ways to programm it so you can do like you want.
It only has to work fine and fluently 24/7
