Looking for partners for a project.

Hello.

This morning while I was surfing on the web looking for some informations about a "fiscal" issue, I had an idea.
I spent then other few minutes about thinking on it and then I realized that it could be profitable.

And so I'm here to look for partners for that project.

Who I am:

I'm italian, I'm 26, I studied economic sciences at the university, I'm currently an entrepreneur.
I know a bit of programming, but not advanced.
I did a couple of iOS applications and little VB.Net tools with databases with also a web interface that were useful on my "everyday working routine", nothing advanced.

The skills for the project that I was thinking about are advanced.

I'll do the fiscal and commercial part of the project.

Who I need:

A programmer with:

Advanced knowledge of Database programming.
Advanced knowledge of Web interfaces and web programming.
Basic knowledge of world of warcraft game.
