Looking for a 3D RPG world editor please help.

I'm trying to make a 3D mmorpg game and I can't find any decent and free 3D world editors. I would appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you.^^

UDK, but it could take some time to get it shaped and some nifty tutorial watching of tutorials and learning some stuff (perhaps finding someone to do code work for you for some nifty custom stuff) that and it is free to dl & share (no strings attached)- if you want to charge for a release you need a company created and do their royalty license (www.udk.com)

Learn to Google. You're only asking us to do it for you, because in order for someone to find this, THEY would have to Google it.

UDK is more of an FPS engine than an MMORPG engine.

True but if you think about it; spells are projectiles, as well as cursor involvement isn't too hard to implement for aoe based attacks. It would take longer, but look & play better.

I've tried searching on google, altavista, ixquick, and even yahoo and I could hardly find crap that even looked like what I was looking for...and yes I know how to use google......
