    Book regarding C#

    Hello, I'm a java programmer who wants to move to C# in order to make WoW related applications such as bots.
    I was going to order the book Pro C# 2008 and the .NET 3.5 Platform, Fourth Edition because many people refer to it on this forum but I noticed that there's also a newer version available, Pro C# 2010 And The .NET 4.0 Platform 5th Edition .
    Which one should I buy? Since I've never programmed in C# before, should I start with the .Net 4.0 or stick to the older one?

    I presume that each edition is an update from the previous, so ideally you'd want to go with the newest one.

    I would say it depends on what you wanna do... I'm currently working with .NET 3.5 because our customers aren't ready to upgrade to .NET 4.0. If you just wanna learn .NET I would prefer the .NET 4.0 book (already got it and it's "ok")...
