Me and Mr.Zunz, are currently coding a C# bot for World of Warcraft!

We are currently looking for one/possibly two more members to complete this team!

[Requirements]
Be able to use C# fluently.
Be able to learn if needed.
Have the patience to explain your code to other team members.(If needed)
To have coded "something" wow related.

We currently code in VS08/10.
We use SVN to store our code.
Our current project is a gathering bot - which is currently under development and is going well.
Be able to speak English(it does not have to be your main language)

How long have you been coding? : for about 3-4 years, depends on what language, i preatty much like c++,C# and VB, also abit JAVA.
Have you coded anything wow related before? If yes, what? : Only compiled and scripted some repacks and addons.
What time zone do you live in? : Swedish time .
How long can you spend coding per week? : Preatty much all day on weekends, and on monday-friday maybe 12 hours or more.
Any other comments? ; I am abit curious on how you want to work, just talking by MSN or use any Server software to script together?

I have coded my own wow bot, back in BC. It was a simple bot but it worked.

What time zone do you live in?
I live in Canada, so it is going to be off by a lot if you are from the uk.

How long can you spend coding per week?
Week days: 4 to 6 hours
Weekends : 8 to 12 hours

Any other comments?
I have created many programs but non in C#. If it is anything like C++ then I should be good. I really only code in Visual Basic .NET.

I like the sound that you already have experience in bot coding!
The currently the bot gathers/fights/deathwalks ect.
It can handle flying mounts very well, and have started the logic for ground mounts.
I made TheExplorer(Autoit) which was before I swapped to C#(Best move I ever made). I also have made some private hacks(AirWalk, NoClip ect.)
We are looking to make a good sturdy bot that works well! I guarantee you this is not a "dead end project"!

Yes it will be release on MMOwned! We should have an Alpha/Beta version soon to release. We are not 100% weather we want to sell it or not yet!

Almost 16 years now in various languages and learning new ones when i feel like it.
SCJP and MCTS certified (employers love getting you certified )

Have you coded anything wow related before? If yes, what?
During and before TBC i spent some time with writing .dll's for wow!sharp and other small projects just to see how it works and because i automate just about anything i can out of boredom. Not that well versed in ASM anymore but i will learn fast enough.

Not really just hope msn isn't mandatory because i haven't used it in over a year because of various reasons.

Sorry to Say but I do not think they will take you. They need high end coders to fix out the last of the bugs. And work on some client stuff, real crazy stuff. Just start with http://www.mmowned.com/forums/world-...g-writing.html
